I willingly agree to comply with the following rules:

1) I understand that the building alarm is automatically set at 9:00pm, and therefore must be out of the building by 8:45pm.

2) I understand that Battleshock Immune, the club, and the property are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

3) I agree to respect the club space and property of the building.

4) I agree to respect the property and personal space of my fellow club members, and will not purposefully or maliciously mistreat them or their property

5) I understand that the rules of the club are subject to change, and can be added to or amended, and I may need to sign a new waiver.

6) I understand that if I fail to uphold any of these rules, my membership to Battleshock Immune will be permanently revoked, and any membership fees, dues, or costs will not be refunded.
